We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager

Be the bridge between our innovative platform and the communities that depend on it

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager at AVED, you'll be the guiding force that helps new customers navigate and master our ecosystem of decentralized community platforms. You'll ensure their journey from onboarding to advanced usage is seamless, successful, and transformative.

Customer Onboarding

Guide new customers through platform setup, helping them understand the full potential of decentralized community management.

Platform Adoption

Drive feature adoption by showcasing how AVED's tools can solve specific community challenges and scale their operations.

Relationship Building

Build lasting partnerships with community leaders, becoming their trusted advisor for growth and engagement strategies.

Success Metrics

Monitor customer health, track adoption metrics, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Education & Training

Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and best practices to maximize customer value realization.

Customer Advocacy

Transform satisfied customers into brand advocates while gathering feedback to improve our platform continuously.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or customer support
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and technology adoption
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in metrics and KPIs
  • Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach

Bonus Points

  • Understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies
  • Experience with community management platforms
  • Background in digital marketing or growth
  • Familiarity with decentralized ecosystems
  • Multilingual capabilities
